When we talk about RESPECT, we are talking about the positive environment we want to encourage across all of football. It’s about making the game a better place for all to enjoy. This is not only about the coaches, but also the players, match officials, parents and spectators.
Positivity is key to creating a safe environment where players learn and grow. Therefore, Allscott Heath FC, requires all club members to follow the FA RESPECT rules and guidance.

The club has proudly partnered with #HerGameToo to raise awareness and equality for girls and women's football. As a club we are committed to tackling sexism in the game and strives to bring about more inclusivity to not only players, but coaches, referee's and supporters.

Respect the Referee
Every match. Every league. Every championship. It’s the referees who are integral to a smooth-running game.
They work hard, train hard, show up and play hard – all to keep the game beautiful. They give their time and yet face negative attention and abuse in almost every match. Enough is enough. We can all play our part to show the ref some respect, to help make the game the best it can be.
Sin bins: encouraging respect and fair play
The FA have introduced temporary dismissals also known as ‘sin bins’ across all levels of grassroots football to improve levels of respect and fair play in the game. Any player committing dissent will now find themselves given a 10-minute temporary dismissal from the pitch.
